I would requite this card 0 stars if I could! I had my VS credit card account for almost 9 years. I made my payments on time and used it every now and and then. (Information technology'southward merely a Victoria's cloak-and-dagger/Pink card and so it tin't exist used equally a regular Visa). So you would think that because of the type of carte it is, there wouldn't exist a requirement to how often it is used. I used my carte du jour at the beginning of the year and paid information technology off and and so because of covid-nineteen I did non purchase anything from their stores for several months equally I didn't need anything and coin was tight. They CLOSED my card without alert erasing 9 years of expert payment history and credit length from my report DROPPING MY SCORE OVER 50 POINTS. I've called several times to express my disappointment that they would care for a long standing customer like this simply no 1 is able to speak to me on the matter. I kept being directed to write their message heart online and even after drafting a page letter making a case to re open up the account, I have not heard back later on re sending this letter half dozen times and my account is still closed. I am so disappointed with this company and their willingness to help customers. Expect ANYWHERE ELSE to get a card, it is certainly not worth it.

This card is issued past Commenity Depository financial institution and they will close your cards without any warnings even if you get too many inquiries. They close like three other account Express, Ulta, and Emerge, used the cards very offen always paid balances in full. Easy approval, easy awarding process.BEWARE THEY WILL Shut ACCOUNTS THAT Will KILL YOUR CREDIT AFTER YEARS OF Building Information technology…….

Honestly, I had initially open up this card because I was told that I could utilize it at Bath and Bodyworks. Now that they are no longer partnering, this card is useless. The quality of the clothing at Victoria Secret is mediocre as is. But the dramatically high April and the weird double finance charging is a turn off. If it wasn't my oldest account, I'd close information technology.

Only bill of fare I've ever endemic where you lot go charged two split finance charges every month. Not worth having unless you can pay it off before finance charges hit.

I've had this credit menu for ten years. Actively fabricated payments and actively used my carte. Fifty-fifty during covid19. They randomly closed my card without reason and without discover. Then, I experience like a fool at the cash register bc they didn't tell me at all virtually closing information technology! Their customer service number is TRASH! You lot can't ever speak to a existent person either!

I also was someone affected by the massive 2020 closure of brand cards issued by Comenity and Synchrony Banks. 17 years I owned the VS carte with never a late payment, and purchases enough to keep the menu from closing. No balance at time of closure, but not for lack of use. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from these banks who outcome the bulk of shop make cards. Better perks with improve cards out at that place

I ordinarily don't leave reviews but I actually desire to warn people. If y'all have bad credit or y'all're simply starting out delight be wary of this carte du jour. I really love the perks that come up with this card (mostly simply discount codes and occasional 1 or 2 free items). However, this card has been cipher merely a headache. I ALWAYS pay my neb and considering of the random interests or finance charges they put on my account it has taken me a while to pay the entire rest off. Terminal month (July 2021) I paid off my entire rest, just to log on today and see that they've charged my business relationship with random finance charges and I owed $5. That may not seem similar a lot to anyone else simply the reality is that I paid off my credit card and if I hadn't logged in today, there'south a strong possibility I would've owed them a lot more than $5 by the end of this month. I'm so happy to exist done with this bill of fare. It seems like daily there are random fees added and I just don't think that's okay. I recommend using their online service for payments and to check your account. They'll charge you for making payments over the telephone, plus online yous tin can run across for yourself what charges have been posted to your account. I actually like VS, just I feel as though you lot can find other credit card companies to assist in rebuilding or but building credit. I don't think in that location is enough transparency about the ends and outs (fees, interest, account assume, etc.) of this credit carte du jour. Some of the "perks" are squeamish merely I just don't think this carte is worth it.

I have never had a late payment on a credit card and my credit is excellent. They make this card exceptionally hard to pay and pay off. I get to VS possibly twice a yr, if that, and have somehow paid manner more than necessary considering they but let you pay via telephone automated messaging, charge an extra $10 to pay with a real person, require routing and account number to pay and dont update the amount owed properly so you are charged all sorts of fees if y'all pay what they say is the full amount only they roll an extra charge onto it. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the hassle for an extra panty coupon

I'll never get this bill of fare again . I've had this card opened for two years now and every 6months they reduce my limit. My credit score has not changed, and I actively utilise the card for gifts, but no more than . It hurts my credit more than to keep it open considering of what they're doing . I started at a tiny 300$ limit and am now as of today at 100$. I will be endmost it ASAP.

I got this card in 2015 as a means to help rebuild my credit. I've ever fabricated my payments on time and carried a very low rest. Recently, they lowered my credit limit from $700 to $400 considering I wasn't using the card every bit much. Well, all of the stores are closed due to Covid and I don't like paying for aircraft. And so that's that. I'yard not happy about it at all.
